Hello, I bought a Razer BlackShark V2 X recently, but when I try to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound, it says the code/serial has already been registered or used.
The headset appears to be genuine and brand new.
Could you help me activate it or provide a new activation code?
I can provide the serial number, proof of purchase, and photos if needed.
