I bought a Razer Kraken X yesterday, from the RZ04-0295 series, I would like to use the 7.1 surround sound application, I did the activation through the code and it has already been used, I can't finish this process to use my headset on my notebook, as proceed? I have already opened a support request, but I have not received a response so far.
