Hello, I recently purchased a **Razer BlackShark V2** headset via N11 (a Turkish e-commerce website).
I tried to register the product on Razer's website using the serial number and RZ code, but it says the product has already been registered. Because of that, I cannot activate the **7.1 Surround Sound feature**, and I did not receive an activation code inside the package.
