just bought a new kraken x lite and downloaded the 7.1 surround sound . but when i tried to read the code from the card, i accidentally scratched the card and now i can't read it properly. how do i get a new one ? i still got the warranty the S/N and the P/N

      I did exactly the same thing, and have just submitted a help ticket. Let's hope it works.
