Activation code damaged, contacted razer support but results in nothing | Razer Insider

I recently bought a Razer Blackshark V2X, I found it difficult to scratch the activation code when I unpacked the product and unfortunately, I scratched too much of the activation code leaving it ruined and unreadable. So I directly went straight and asked razer support for help, but after the admin told me to PM him with all information he needs and close the thread, then he never replied for weeks, without the activation code i couldn't access my driver and I keep hearing echoes from my mic (I've searched all possible reason from RAZER SUPPORT and possible reason from the Internet and I've tried all of them but not Razer driver since I couldn't ACCESS it without the activation code) possible if I can avail myself another code for my product? I'm running out of patience, I've no idea how long should I wait for only an activation code.
