Activation code damaged while scratching
I just bought the blackshark v2, upon scratching the activation code, the code itself became damaged.

I can try to check it for you, so please send me a photo of the scratch card, even if it's beyond recognition. I'll also need the serial number of your headset along with the email address connected to your Razer ID. I can verify its model and registration using those.
