Hello. I am writing to you from cold Russia. I bought Razer Kraken headphones, downloaded the 7.1 Surround Sound program, but my activation code didn't work, I tried to enter it several times. Please help, send a new code.

Also, try use English US keyboard format when registering activation codes.
We have seen in the past, other English keyboard formats don't seem to work well.
Also, is this a brand new Kraken, or a second hand?
If it is a second hand, possible the previous user have implemented the activation code onto their RAZER ID.
Because activation codes for 7.1 Surround Sound can only be applied to one RAZER ID.
Otherwise, wait for the RAZER official support to advise~~~
