activation code didn't work

What RAZER Kraken headphone do you have? Is it one of the models from the following link? https://www.razer.com/71-surround-sound Also, try use English US keyboard format when registering activation codes. We have seen in the past, other English keyboard formats don't seem to work well. Also, is this a brand new Kraken, or a second hand? If it is a second hand, possible the previous user have implemented the activation code onto their RAZER ID. Because activation codes for 7.1 Surround Sound can only be applied to one RAZER ID. Otherwise, wait for the RAZER official support to advise~~~
