Please be informed that the Razer BlackShark V2 (Razer USB Sound Card) includes THX Spatial Audio through Razer Synapse, so you won’t receive a separate activation code by email. Instead, you just need to set it up in Synapse. Kindly follow the steps in this article to configure THX Spatial Audio for your headset via Razer Synapse.
