I understand you're encountering an error while trying to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound using your activation code. Based on the screenshot you've installed the THX Spatial Audio instead of the 7.1 Surround Sound. To fix the problem, please make sure to download the correct software here and follow the instructions in this link to set up the surround sound.
