I bought headphones in Germany at a media market store. I registered on the razer website, I want to activate 7.1 sound. I received an activation code in my email, but when I try to activate the code, the program writes the code is incorrect. And I did everything written in the F.A.Q, but still nothing helps .Help activate 7.1 sound

I think you have entered the code on the wrong software. Please send me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and help you with the activation. This is just a quick fix so don’t worry.
