I registered my BlackShark V2 X headset, which I bought a week ago, to my profile and received an activation code, but when I entered the code It shows that it is wrong

Hey there, ​@BagSSBunnY!

 

I think that you have entered the code on the wrong software since the THX Spatial Audio is different from the 7.1 Surround Sound feature. Please send me a message via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and help you with the activation.
