I bought the Razer kraken X and when I received it I installed the 7.1 surround, when the code was requested I put it in and says that it has already been used, but I didn't use it just opened my product, please help me

look, register the product at razer, they identify that it is their headset and send another code, but it is good to report this problem to them as well.

I have a similar problem, I am sending the code but the 7.1 driver is not activating

I got in touch with them, but no answer so far, and I'm having problems with the synapse also the installation is not working and when I install 2.0 it doesn't recognize the headset

they decrease support due to covid. the number of employees decreased. i downloaded synapse 2.0, i have razen kraken mercury, and it doesn’t work. it’s good to use the app for our headphones. https://www.razer.com/71-surround-sound
