I recently Purchased a set of Blackshark V2 Pro's. I have registered the product but have not received any activation code. It has been 6 days now with no response. I also put in inquiry to razer support, Case #: 220710-000250, also 6 days ago with no response. Also there was NO scratch card in the box for the activation code.
Please help

Blackshark V2 Pro comes with THX Spatial audio, which is available through Synapse 3 out-of-box (without any activation etc.).
