Activation code for 7.1 surround sound

Hi.
I'm having trouble activating 7.1 surround sound on a Razer Black Shark V2 X device. I tried to activate it, but it didn't work either, I tried to find support, couldn't find it, and gave up on it. Today I tried to get the activation code again, but it didn't work out.
What should I do?
