Hello, i recently registered my Razer headset and i need activation code for my kraken USB

      I have exactly teh same issue with my headset no activation code was with it. I was told by a Razer support member on teh live chat that I needed to register my product and one would be sent out, but I've not received anythign yet and it's been 4 days.

        Do you still need help with this? If so, please PM me the serial number of your headsets so I can validate the model and check if they are eligible for a 7.1 surround activation code.
