Activation code for 7.1 surrounding problem...?

I had Razer Electra V2 headset , which supports 7.1 surrounding, and i have activated the code first time i register it, thats the first time i installed the program.But the time i reinstalled my windows and installed it again the activation code said that :"License code is invalid". Can someone help me what to do?

    Do you mind putting up a screenshot of the error message? Please note that the code you received for registering an Electra V2 would be for Surround Pro which is a Synapse 2.0 module.
