Hey there,
To receive your 7.1 Surround Sound activation code, you'll first need to register your Razer BlackShark V2 X to your Razer account. Once the registration is completed, the activation code should be sent to the email address associated with your account. Please make sure to check all email folders, including Inbox, Spam, Junk, Promotions, Updates. Sometimes the activation code email may be filtered into one of these folders.
If you have already registered the device and still have not received the activation code, please send me a PM, and I'll be happy to assist you further.
