Hi, I recently bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X that came with a scratch card with an activation code for Razer Surround 7.1. Unfortunately, the scratch card got damaged and half of the code cannot be seen. Is it possible to get a replacement code?

Please contact Razer Support directly. Be sure, that you have product number, serial number, proof of purchase and scratch card photo.
