Activation Code For surround Razer kraken x
I register my kraken headset to account how i can get that activation code ?

Once you register RAZER product to your RAZER ID, you will receive a 7.1 SS activation code to the email address you have registered within a week.
If it has been more then a week, wait for one of the RAZER official support to be in contact with you through this thread.
Prepare the followings~~~
- Name
- S/N
- P/N
- Proof of purchase (legal receipt)
- Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product
I cannot seem to get my activation code for my kraken V3. No email has come in after I registered my product. Can someone please help? Thanks!
gilbydunnitI assume when you mention Kraken V3, you are meaning Kraken V3 X As per following link, 7.1 Surround Sound is not compatible on Kraken V3 7.1 Surround Sound (razer.com)
