I ordered a new Kraken X and the activation code is saying invalid even tho its not ive went over it multiple times
The code may have been decommissioned already. Please send me the email address associated with your Razer ID together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase so I can check if you are eligible for a code generation request. Let's go from there.
