Please do not post activation numbers.

Also please be aware that you’re trying to activate THX Spatial with 7.1 Surround code (witch both are different apps). Uninstall THX, install 7.1 Surround: https://rzr.to/71-surround-sound-installer activate it.

I think that you entered the activation code on the wrong software. You need the 7.1 Surround Sound software for this one. Please follow the steps below:

 

- Download the 7.1 Surround Sound software.
- Run the 7.1 Surround Sound installer.
- Click “INSTALL”.
- Launch the 7.1 Surround Sound app when the installation is completed.
- Log in with your Razer ID.
- Enter the activation code that came with your purchase.
- Click “ACTIVATE”.
