I bought new headphones, the box was opened, the card with the code is missing, and when I try to activate with the serial number, it says the code has already been activated.

Let me assist you with your concern. I understand that your headset's Surround Sound shows as already activated. Were you able to register the device to your account? Please send me a PM with your device’s serial number and proof of purchase for verification. Also, include a screenshot showing the error and save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. I hope to hear from you soon.
