Activation Code Issue
Hi Razer Support Team,
I saw a previous post about a ruined activation code and unfortunately, I am experiencing the same issue. I just got my Razer Kraken X in the postage today and when scratching the activation code took a bit too much off.
I've got all the details including:
- A photo that shows the damaged activation card
- A photo that shows the device's serial number and its original box.
- The Razer ID's registered email address
I just needed someone to assist me in helping get that activation code back. Thanks!

Добрый день. Купил Razer Kraken X (не знал, что будет какой-то код для активации), доверил дочке распаковку - разорвала код активации и куда то выбросила все части (осталась часть из 4-х последних цифр). Могу предоставить чек из Эльдорадо и серийный номер наушников.
Могу ли я получить код активации от поддержки? Спасибо!
