Hello. I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 Pro yesterday. I received an activation code to activate the 7.1 feature of the product but when I enter the code via the 7.1 sorround sound app, the code is missing. I would appreciate your help as soon as possible.

Please be informed that the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) and Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2020) come with THX Spatial Audio integrated into your device through Razer Synapse. You can visit this article for instructions to configure THX Spatial Audio in Synapse. If you need further assistance, feel free to PM me with your device serial number so I can check its model.
