Hi, I purchased my Razer Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 and I can’t find the activation code or it doesn’t work. The code provided in the Synapse app, whenever I try to put it, it says “the code yopu entered doesn’t seem to be valid. Please try again.” What do I do in this case? Buying a $349 headset should provide the activitation key in the box or digitally activate the product after connecting it to the device.

I have a problem i order a blackshark v2 x last year sept. 1 2025. I did not mind that i did not get a code because it say it already used but now my friend ordered same headset and he get. A activitation code and i though i did mistake but i did the same he did. But still it already used. Why? I bought a brand new. Can you please help me razor? I want that activision for enchance audio experience. Where do i contact you? I have proof.
