Activation code not working on my Razer Kraken X

I was so excited to try out this product specially that I saw how great the reviews are. I got mine from an online store that sell it legitimately. Anyways I got it today and I attempted to follow the instructions on it and saw it needed the 7.1 Surround Sound and I didn't hesitate to install it. I tried inputting my razer's activation code on the software (I may have scratched it harshly), unfortunately i was unsuccessful. I did get to sync my product code and serial number although that's my concern right now I really wanna optimize my experience with this device, help will be greatly appreciated. PS i actually tried to search if there is any other way to get the activation code but i couldn't find it anywhere besides the card. I really don't wanna run here but here I am. Thank you in advance!
