Hi Razer Support / Moderators, I received a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset as a gift. When I tried to register the serial number (SERIAL NUMBER), it turned out to be already registered to another account. Since I don't have access to the original receipt or the old account, the automated system won't let me generate an activation code or open a standard support ticket. Could a moderator please assist me with obtaining a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code? I can provide photos of the headset and serial label as proof of possession. Thank you!

I removed your device’s SN for Security purposes By the way, once the original owner registers the serial number and redeems the code, it permanently links to that specific Razer ID account. Razer support does not remove previous registrations from second-hand devices or issue new replacement codes for used hardware.
