Good morning. I just bought my Razer Blackshark V2 X and I accidentally scratched the activation code too hard for me to activate 7.1 surround sound. Is there any other way for me to get another code to activate the headset's feature? Thank you in advance.

    Please be aware that a damaged or lost activation card due to mishandling is not covered by Razer's limited warranty.
