I recently bought new Razer BlackShark V2 X but everytime i enter activation code it keep showing license code is invalid. Anyone have solution for this?

Please make sure to download the correct 7.1 Surround Sound software here and ensure you have entered the correct code. Some users have interchanged the letter "O" with zero, the number "1" for the letter "I," or vice versa.
