Hello, I have a question where can I get the 7.1 surround activation code? After signing up for Razer id, I didn't receive it

    Did you register your product with your Razer ID It usually gets sent your Razer ID in 24 to 48 hours after registering it.

    I have the same problem with my Razer thresher 7.1. I registered it today and have no Surround Sound activation code. Can you help me?

    same problem here - I registered my item jan 1 and its now the 12th - still no code in my e-mail.

    The Razer Kraken Tournament Edition's settings can be tweaked in Razer Synapse 3.0 only. Please be aware that the 7.1 Surround Sound is only available to the newer versions, namely the Kraken X. Kraken X USB, Kraken 2019, and Blackshark V2 X. Feel free to send me a PM or visit our self-help options should you have other questions or concerns. I'll be locking this thread now.
