On March 3, 2025, I purchased a pair of Blackshark V2 X headphones via AliExpress. The product arrived in good condition, completely sealed and brand new. However, when I tried to register the product to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound software, I received a notification stating that the product was already registered.
This is strange because the item was supposed to be new. I understand that buying from AliExpress carries a higher risk compared to purchasing from an official retailer, but I would like to know if there is any solution to access the software without having to buy a new headset.
