Activation error of channel 7.1 has already been used

Hi, I got a Black Shark V2 X headset and original. I recently came to the site to activate the 7.1 channel and click on the serial number, and the model and everything comes up, but when I click on add, it says that the code has already been used, please help. And that I created a file in Google Driver that contains all the purchase documents and serial numbers
