I just recently bought Razer Kraken X and after I scratched my activation card for 7.1 there are some letters or numbers that I can't see. please help me with this

Unfortunately, lost, stolen, damaged, thrown out Activation codes do not get covered by the RAZER's limited warranty and will be subject to approval.



If the code is somewhat still visible, try using a English US keyboard format.

We have seen in the past other English keyboard format cause some activation issues.



Otherwise, wait for one of the RAZER official stuff for further advice~~~
