I have a problem. I lost my activation number for my headphones and I don't know how to request them.

What’s your headset model? If the headset is bundled with 7.1 Surround Sound, please register your device to your Razer account. Once registered, you should receive an email with your activation code. Feel free to send me a PM with your headset’s serial number so I can verify the model. All the best!
