Activation of the "THX" mode on the new device.

Hello, I have a Razer Kraken Tournament Edition headset.
I previously activated THX Spatial Audio on my old PC using the code from the box, but now I have a new PC and the old code says it’s invalid.
Could you please provide me with a new activation code? I can send photos of my headset, USB audio controller, and serial number.

Just install Synapse… no need to install THX Spatial app.

The Synapse 4 application is already installed, but when switching modes between stereo and THX, nothing happens (the sound does not change). I had a similar problem, which I solved by installing the "THX Spatial" application.

The Synapse 4 application is already installed, but when switching modes between stereo and THX, nothing happens (the sound does not change). I had a similar problem, which I solved by installing the "THX Spatial" application.

Maybe it’s bugged for your headset - so I’d advise to report it as a bug through Synapse 4 software.

Installing external THX Spatial is not a solution, also you won’t receive the code as your headset supports THX Spatial through Synapse only.

In any case, I would like to get a new activation code, because I paid money for it.
