If in case there's none, please ensure to register your headset with models that are mentioned above, to https://razerid.razer.com/products. After registering, you should get an email. Note: If you've already registered the headset and do not see the email with the activation code, please check it in your junk/spam folder.

Hi there! Have you registered your Razer Kraken 7.1 to your Razer ID before? If you did, please check your spam/junk for the activation code. Also, during the registration and activation of your Razer Surround a the verification link in the e-mail was sent to your registered e-mail address. If the email doesn't appear in you inbox, don't forget to check your spam folder. You should be able to log in once your e-mail address has been verified. By the way, we have stopped providing Razer Surround Pro upgrades.
