Please make sure you use 7.1 for the activation code. It’s most likely activation code is not provided for TXM hence it’s not a free software.

To resolve the problem, please make sure to download the correct software which is the 7.1 Surround Sound software here and follow the steps in this article to set up the surround sound successfully.
