All,

I have a 2019 blade 15 advanced and I noticed I don't seem to have any options for adaptive brightness. I only have the option for display power saving technology in the intel graphics control panel. Can anyone confirm if they have a blade from 2018-2019 if this option menu shows up I

Under control panel ---> Hardware and Sound --> Power Option --> Edit Plan Settings

Under the Display option
I only have "Turn off Display After"

Shouldn't we have a few other options like adaptive brightness on or off, display brightness? See my attachment jpeg

I want the laptop to dim the brightness based on brightness when on battery..

Thanks

Disable the Display Power Saving Technology on Intel Graphics Settings to unlock the adaptive brightness settings.

Interesting... I did that, restarted the laptop. No options anywhere for adaptive brightness. Under display settings or the power plans

Have you tried reinstalling the Intel Graphics Drivers? The culprit is usually the power management setting for the integrated Intel graphics as it tends to override the adaptive brightness settings of the OS. Do send me a PM with the serial number of your RB15 so I can look into other possible solutions.
Yes, I've uninstalled and then reinstalled the one directly from razer. I've even updated it via device manager afterwards

If the problem persists even after that, we may need to look into BIOS and Firmware updates. Please send me a PM with the serial number of your RB15.
my firmware and bios is up to date.

Does anyone with a 2019 mid advanced have this issue?
