Hello, I recently purchased the RGB controller and plugged it into my system, but synapse is not detecting it. It is properly plugged into the motherboard usb and molex power. I tried repairing synapse and restarting my computer but it has not fixed it. Thanks for any help

Same issue, TWO pc's with new ARGB controllers from Razer, Synapse 3 updates on both systems, and although the reactive lighting IS working, the controllers do NOT show up in Synapse. What a strange occurrence... We'll get it fixed, no doubt!
I found a way to solve the problem. I solved this problem already on two PCs. The problem is in the drivers, you need to install them manually. Razer do not give the driver themselves. I had to export the drivers from the computer on which the Synapse sees the controller. And install them manually on a PC that does not see the controller. Sorry for my English. I'm from Russia)
