adjusting headphone size for my new BlackskarkV2 PRO ?

11/30 Hi I just received, and setup my new BlackskarkV2 PRO headphones They're called 'adjustable'...but are they? They work; they sound great; by the headphone size BARELY makes it to covering my ears. Adjusting a headphone strap to a larger head should be intuitive and easy... ...I don't want to pull them out if they're not made to be allowed to pull out to a larger size Visually, they don't seem to be able to? A slight tug does nothing; they don't move a millimeter What to do? thanks ericjmz
