Adobe premiere and drivers

Hi, Im completely new to this having recently moved from a Macbook. I'm installing Adobe premiere but when I go to run it, it tells me I have a unsupported video driver and to install the correct one. Do I just follow the link and download theirs? There are a lot of warnings to check compatibility etc. I don't want to end up messing up the laptop ! Thanks J
