I just bought the product, i connected the led strip to my phone on gamer room app. The problem is its not detected from my pc. I use ethernet cable, is this a problem? I tried everything that i think of but i couldnt find a solution. Im using synapse 4, i redownloaded it but still didnt work. Any ideas please?
