After installing razer synapse amd starting game PC freezes | Razer Insider

Hi,

Do anybody have a solution to issues where every time I start any game the whole pc freezes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled latest razer synapse software many times hoping that there would Be new versio but this keeps happening every time. When I uninstall it or kill the process from task manager Before gaming all is working properly so it is related to synapse software. 

 

When Windows 11 freezes, I still can alt tab to desktop and click different things but in this point nothing will work anymore. I can't even shut down my pc even I still can open win menu and press shut down, nothing is happening. Task manager won't kill any process what I'm trying to kill and so on. I have to force restart my pc. And game ofcourse freezes totally. 

 

Latest GPU drivers installed and all win 11 updates up to date..

 

It is nice and usefull software and of course I would like to get my RGB madness continue some day. For now I have to settle for default case and keyboard RGB settings. 

I have same kind of issues. When I start game, keyboard stops working. It does not takes any command. If I stat game without razer synapse running everything works fine.

I have tried everything to fix that I found in google but nothing helps.

Im new Razer keyboard user and this also might be last one for me… RGB madness was one reason to buy this shit and i cant even use it.

 

I think we are not going to get any help. This Forum seems to be dead. I will try to contact Razer another way and update this thread if I manage to find some kind of solution.
