After installing synapse my Deathstalker V2 pro media wheel is set to scroll instead of volume up/down

I did not change anything. The app shows that it is still volume up down, but it’s not? How to fix this? Why do you do this?

    Anyone find a fix for this? Just starting getting it, don’t see any solutions online.

    I also have the same problem and it only started happening the last 2 days or so after a windows update.
    I tested stopping the Synapse app and it worked properly as normal, then I restarted the Synapse app.  Seems to be working ok for now….  Hope this problem dun come back.

    This works, as long as you don’t have the keyboard plugged in. As soon as I wire it… irrespective of Synapse opened or not. It just bricks and transform to scrolling up and down… I pinged support on this, although I expect another “sorry, can’t help” conclusion.
