After recent update my orbweaver chroma is no longer detected by synapse
So I have never had a problem with running synapse 2 and 3 at once for my various peripherals on my pc until I updated my software a day ago. Now I cannot get orbweaver chroma to show up in synapse 2.
When will razor make orbweaver compatible with ver. 3?

Last Friday it was OK and Saturday evening it is not detected by synapse 2 ???

Similar issue here. Razer Orbweaver Chroma isn't working with Synapse v.2 - the profile keeps reverting to the default profile (without keybinds) and won't let me switch profiles. Tried disconnecting and reconnecting USB and installing/reinstalling Synapse v.2 and nothing. I'm running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit.
Had I known that the Orbweaver Chroma ($129.99) wouldn't be compatible with Synapse v.3 software while the Tartarus v.2 ($79.99) DOES work and is supported, I would have probably reconsidered my purchase... :/
Yeah, I'm done with razor, I will never buy another razor product again because of this issue. What a complete waste of money. I can't even play certain games now because I rely on this item to play with.
I got exactly the same problem after an update, I have even tried to reinstall Windows thinking there was a problem with it
