After updating synapse 3, naga trinity is extremely buggy

Hello, I had a synapse 3 update ready to go that I had been ignoring for a few days now. I went ahead and updated it when I had the chance and surprise, my mouse (naga trinity) is practically unusable now. It's extremely slow and laggy and freezes everywhere. Issue does not persist when I close synapse. So far I have: -Restarted the computer -Repaired synapse -Reinstalled synapse all to no avail. Is there anything that I can do to fix this, or do I just have to keep synapse closed and hope it gets fixed next update?
