Aggravation

For a little over 8 months, I've been trying to register a razer Kraken X. It was given to me by someone that had passed away 3 months after giving it to me. Me being naïve and not knowing what I was getting into, threw away the box when i got it. My 7.1 surround sound wasn't working well so my friend told me to register it. I expected like, a 3 answer quiz on what it is. But instead I got some over secure BS. I'm trying to register a damn cheap headset, not signing a NDA against this crappy register feature. Yeah, I dont know what the product number is. Im not preparing for a 10 paragraph quiz. Im not going to take notes of what day she bought it. Its not my job, nor should it be. Please resolve this issue.
