Tenho Um mouse razer viper mini to jogo com ele para min gosto muito acho um mouse muito bom para suprir minhas necessidades acabei indo jogar depois do serviço e meu mouse nao pegada os botões direito e esquerdo mais restante funcionava vi que ele tem ums switches nao sei se queimou ou se e outro problema queria uma ideia o que podia ser para consertar nao queria comprar outro preço esta muito fora do mercado na minha região

I understand that the left and right click buttons of your Razer Viper Mini stopped responding while the other functions still work. To isolate the issue, please try the following steps:

  1. Gently clean around the left and right click buttons and the scroll wheel area using compressed air or a soft brush to remove any dust or debris that might be interfering with the clicks.
  2. Test the mouse on a different USB port and, if possible, on a different computer to see if the issue persists.
  3. Make sure your Razer Synapse (if you use it) and mouse firmware are up to date.

If the problem persists after this, please let me know:

  • When exactly did the issue start (right after a specific game session, after moving the mouse, etc.)?
  • Do the buttons sometimes work if you press them harder or in a different spot, or have they completely stopped responding?
  • Have you ever opened the mouse or made any modifications to it?
  • Are you using any kind of adapter or USB hub, or is the mouse connected directly to your PC?
