I lost my activation code and I don't remember my serial number.
I've been using the device for almost 2 years but I haven't used the driver and I can't find my activation code. Can you help me?

I understand that you’ve lost your activation code and can no longer remember your device’s serial number. 


To proceed, I’ll need your device’s serial number so I can check the details on our end. If you still have the original box, the serial number should be printed on it. You may also follow the steps in this link to locate your device’s serial number. 


Additionally, please keep in mind that application codes (such as the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code) are designed for one-time use and are non-transferable.
